- Our Podiatrists see a wide range of sports injuries in the clinic whether they are a couple days, months or even years old.
- Our Podiatrists will assess your injury and subsequent movement ability, and will provide you with a treatment plan to get you back to completing the sports and activities you love as quickly as possible.
- Our treatment plans often include: hands on assessments and treatments, at home self-managed stretching and exercise programs designed to fit around your busy schedule.
- Our Podiatrists have the ability to refer of for medical imaging such as X-rays, MRI and diagnostic ultrasounds if required.
Acute injuries:
- Stress Fractures/ Stress Reactions of bones
- Fractured or “broken” bones
- Ankle sprains
- Ligament or tendon tears
- Achilles Tendinopathy
- Blisters
Chronic injuries:
- Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS) or “Shin splints”
- Heel pain
- Chronic ankle instability and recurrent sprains

- Peroneal Longus or Brevis Tendinopathy
