- Dry needling is a treatment modality where fine sterile needles are inserted into the belly of a muscle that has been identified with trigger points or “knots”.
- Dry needling is a gentle technique to reduce those painful trigger points and ease muscular soreness.
- Mobilisation is a treatment method that involves gentle movements of the joints in the foot and ankle to improve to mobility and function.

Why might someone need dry needling or mobilisation?
